Focusing minds +

building skills to

create change

Use the powerful combination of strategic psychotherapy and clinical hypnosis to retrain your brain.

Are you stuck in a pattern you wish you could change?

So much of our lives can be seen as a series of patterns. Patterns in our behaviours, how we respond and react to situations, how we relate to different people and even what we choose to hear in our inner voice.

Sometimes those patterns get stuck in a loop, or are applied in a way that they don’t help us to be the person we want to be or do the things we want to do. For some this could be a pattern in how they run a response to a fear or anxiety, or for others maybe a pattern in how they communicate with the people around them.

Strategic psychotherapy helps identify your current patterns and how we can shift these patterns to be helpful not harmful. Clinical hypnotherapy is a tool that guides you to a relaxed state so we can reinforce the steps you can make to take back conscious control over the patterns you want to have.

Nami Nelson

I have always had a curiosity for the way the mind works, changes and evolves. Trained in strategic psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy, I work with people to relax and focus their mind, and find the right steps forward for their personal development - be it to help manage their anxieties, regain conscious control over unconscious behaviours or thought patterns and responses, and to recognise the hidden strengths and skills they didn’t know they had.

What can hypnotherapy help?

Anxiety

Anxiety is an increasingly common experience for people and it can affect different people in many different ways. Is your social anxiety stopping you from enjoying time with friends and family? Or stopping you making new friends? Does the idea of public speaking seem to freeze your mind? Are you so anxious you will make the wrong decision that you are stuck in decision making limbo?

Clinical hypnotherapy with strategic psychotherapy can help you address how you manage these anxieties and regain control.
