Reducing anxiety and stress

I came to Nami seeking hypnosis to assist with anxiety. I was out of balance and reacting to minor stressors in an extreme way. After my initial 15 minute chat, to see if her services would assist, I felt that Nami would be able to help. She asked deep questions and listened intently to the answer. Using this initial session, Nami crafted two hypnosis sessions specifically to my needs. These worked so well for me that I didn't require the third session that I had booked. After working with Nami I have the ongoing skill to manage stressful situations as they arrive. I have been able to use the techniques in 'real-life' scenarios to regulate myself back to a calm mindset. I recommend working with Nami to anyone who may be feeling anxious or stressed.
